•  No smoking or vaping on the property. A charge will be incurred if damage or extra cleaning or loss of earnings occurs.

•  We do not accommodate children under 12 or babies. There are no facilities. Please be aware your booking will be void.

•  Dogs and pets are not accommodated anywhere on our property or track.

• Extra guests staying in the rooms are not permitted.
